Ivan Loktiukhin is a designer, and artist-sculptor from Russia. Since 1999, he has been working full-time as a snow and ice artist, making sculptures from ice, snow, wood, sand, scrap metal & stone. He is a participant & multiple winner of 80 sculptural festivals and workshops in 30 cities in Russia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Finland, Norway and USA.
